|
Day 1. Departure from Kathmandu
(1320m) for Sankhu by local bus ,historic village on ancient
route of Tibet.leave for trek to Nagarkot (2100 metre),one of
biggest view points of himalayan ranges. About 4 hours of walk
by road,of which one good part in light climbing.attend sunset
over himalayas,big panoramic view. Night in lodge at nagarkot.
Day 2 After sunrise over
himalayan ranges,Departure form from Nagarkot on foot by crossing
deep forests,terraced ricefields for arriving in village of Tukuchha
& to delighting village of Nala.The hiking of 5 ot 6 hours
of walk ends in Banepa where Chandeshwori temple, which was renovated
by french aid are situated.Night in lodge at Dhulikhel,second
spectacular view over mountain ranges.
Day 3 Departure from Dhulikhel
for Panauti by bus ( about 1 hour)& trek upto Godawari ,serpent
way between ricefields & different cultures. Walk about 5
to 6 hours. Night in lodge.
Day 4 Departure from Godawari
for Chapagaoun by local bus & leave for trek via superb nepalese
countryside with number of ethnic traditional villages of Newar.Climbing
upto Pharping village where guru ringpoche cave is situated who
has introduced Tibetian buddhism in 6th century at Sameye in
tibet. He made retreat of several years in Pharping. Night in
lodge
Day 5 Departure form Pharping
for Kathamndu by bus. Night in same hotel or depart for other
prestation or destination( we propose you at succession of this
trek a stay at Chitwan & Pokhara, see descriptive Kathmandu

Treks
in lodge with standard hotel:
Welcome at the airport,
transfer to hotel/airport. All treks are in full board. Accommodation
and meals in the Lodges (good quality locale food, the meals
are not order by each client in every lodge, but following the
menu proposed by the guide). All the transports (go/back
on the places of trek and during the trek). Accompany by a professional
Guide and one porter for 2 persons to carry your bags (maximum
20 kg for 2 persons). Trekking permit and reconfirmation of your
return plane ticket.

meals are prepared by cook. |

in Kathmandu, Lunch and Dinner

TREK UNDER TENT: Camping trek includes a team of guide,
assistant, cook & porters to accompany you. Porters carry
all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal belongings, and
cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers carry only small
bag or what they might need during the day. we provide dining
tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet tents. |

TREK IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds (Only in Ledhar and Phedi, it is a common dormitory).
In each lodge, you find a room with water (same as shower) for
bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere
permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and
to encounter new person every day. It also permits to be in warm
room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season… |

FOOD DURING
TREK: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

Note: All participants have to give a copy
of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance
company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in
case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't
cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu
and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses
paid by Nepal Ecology Treks for your helicopter rescue or research.
Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
** In
trek the guide is allowed
to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and
the physical condition of participants. Each participant who
stop his trek or make this trek more-fast cannot ask any money
compensation to the agency. |
