Trek demanding experience and excellent
physical condition, crossing of 2 passes at more than 5000m.
Itinerary studied with a view for having a good acclimatization
to altitude. Certain paths are not easy but present no noteworthy
technical difficulties. From 4 to 7 hours of walk per day in
accordance with the altitude. This is one of the great treks
of Nepal. This region, ancient Tibetan kingdom, was forbidden
until 1990 to tourism, was opened since, only for limited trekkers
in group. |

Day 1. Arrival in Kathmandu. Reception at airport
and transfer to hotel.
D 2. Kathmandu, free day.
D 3. Depart from Katmandu to Nepalganj by
plane.
D 4. Depart from Nepalganj by plane to Jumla.

D 5. Depart from Jumla to Daphne Lagna. 3130

D 6. Depart by the Khali Lagna pass 3500
m, to join Bhulbule. 3130 m . 6 h
D 7. Depart from Bhulbule to super Rara Lake.

D 8. Day hike in the border of Rara Lake
D 9. Depart from Lake by the Chuchemara Danda
pass 3800 m to join Bota. 2700 m about 6 h.
D 10. Bota, depart to Mashadhani. 2800 m.

D 11. From Mashadhani we rejoin Jumla. 2300

D 12. Jumla, plane to Nepalganj. .
D 13. Plane to Kathmandu, return in same hotel.

The domestic flights
Kathmandou / Népalganj -Juphal and Jumla-Nepalganj- Kathmandu
includes . welcome at airport,transfer
hotel / airport. standard hotel with breakfast inclusive rooms
with shower, hot water near the center of Thamel. All treks are
in full board. Accommodation and meals in the Lodges (good
quality locale food, the meals are not order by each client in
every lodge, but following the menu proposed by the guide).
All the transports (go/back on the places of trek and during
the trek). Accompany by a professional Guide and one porter for
2 persons to carry your bags (maximum 20 kg for 2 persons). Trekking
permit and reconfirmation of your return plane ticket.

TREK UNDER TENT: Camping trek includes a team of guide,
assistant, cook & porters to accompany you. Porters carry
all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal belongings, and
cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers carry only small
bag or what they might need during the day. we provide dining
tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet tents. |

TREK IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds (Only in Ledhar and Phedi, it is a common dormitory).
In each lodge, you find a room with water (same as shower) for
bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere
permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and
to encounter new person every day. It also permits to be in warm
room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season… |

FOOD DURING
TREK: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

Note: All participants have to give a copy
of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance
company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in
case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't
cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu
and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses
paid by Nepal Ecology Treks for your helicopter rescue or research.
Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
** In
trek the guide is allowed
to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and
the physical condition of participants. Each participant who
stop his trek or make this trek more-fast cannot ask any money
compensation to the agency. |

a free dispensary in the mountains of Helambu in Nepal, and for
