Ladakh is called
as " Little Tibet ", an ancient Kingdom enclosed by
the chains of the Karakoram , the Himalayas and crossed by the
Indus River. It is also known as the country of Moonland, its
stark Landscape, and its bare-rocked deserts. Around the every
village we can see the wall of stones (Mani) which are engrave
with prayer. It is rich of numerous Monastery , decorated with
historic arts of the Tibetan religion which represents the daily
life's of Ladakihis. In several months Villages are completely
isolated by the snow every year. |

|
Day 1. Delhi-
Leh
Early in the morning transfer to airport for flight to Leh. On
arrival transfer to hotel. Leh is the capital of Ladakh. (3500m)
After few hours of rests to get used to the altitude. Start to
Visit, Leh palace and Leh Bazaar. Overnight in hotel stander.
Day 2.
Leh.
After breakfast visit SHANKAR monastery, 20 minutes walk form
Leh Bazar. Monastery is belong to monk Sakya Pa. Many precious
and golden object to be seen. Then Visit Shanit Stupa at the
edn Visit Tsemo Monastery (temples of Maitreya and Avalokiteshvara
Buddha)
Good view of the Lhe Bazar from the monastery. Afternoon free.Night
hotel in Leh
Day 3.
Leh- Sabu base camp. 5h
Morning after breakfast drive to Sabu. And walk towards Sabu
base camp. Dinner and overnight in camp.
Day 4.
Sabu base camp - Digar base camp (4580m)5h
Morning after breakfast walk to reach Digar base camp. Dinner
and overnight in camp.
Day 5.
Digar base camp- Digar 5h
Morning after breakfast start to walk to reach Digar (4200M)
by crossing Digar La (5300m). Dinner and overnight in camp.
Day 6.
Digar - Hodtong 5h
Morning after breakfast start to walk to reach Hodtong. (3750m).
Dinner and overnight in camp.
Day 7.
Hodtong- Rongdo 6h
Morning after breakfast start to walk to reach Rongdo. (4450m).
Dinner and overnight in camp.
Day 8.
Rongdo - Khalsar - Diskit.
Morning after breakfast start to walk to reach Khalsar.5h and
drive to Diskit visit the 1420 years old monastery of Diskit
and Sight seeing to Hunder. Night halt in Hotel at Diskit.
Day 9.
Diskit - Leh.
Morning after breakfast leave the hotel with pack lunch and visit
Summur, Kyagar and on of the most famous hot spring of Panamik
village. Afternoon drive back to Leh via Khardongla (5540m) the
world highest motor able road.
Day 10.
Leh
Free day in leh.
Day 11.
Leh- Delhi.(Flight)
Transfer to Domestic airport in time to board flight for Delhi. |

under tent:
All the
treks in full board. Lodging under tent, all the transports (go/back
on the places of trek and during the trek). Entrances fee of
monuments and monasteries Accompanied by a professional guide,
and Minimum 3 Horses, Donkey or Mules for 2 persons to carry
your bags and equipments (maximum 25 kg for 2 persons). Meals
are prepared by cook and kitchen boy. IN Leh: Welcome
at the airport, transfer hotel/airport. Stander hotel in Manali,
Kagril and Leh and. (near center of town) with breakfast, Trekking
permit and special trek permits.

Trekking equipments,
professional Guide, kitchen boy and porters. Lodging under tent,
meals are prepared by cook. |

is discount in the plane tickets of Delhi/Leh/Delhi for the people
of below 25 years old. Thank you for indication of your age according
to passport for the discount. |

Plane Leh/Delhi and Delhi
form your country. Hotel in Delhi, Lunch and Dinner at Leh and
Manali (except breakfast), drinks during all stay or trek, (except
teas or coffee). Your insurance, Indian and all tax airports. |

TREK UNDER TENT: Camping trek includes a team of guide,
assistant, cook & porters to accompany you. Porters carry
all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal belongings, and
cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers carry only small
bag or what they might need during the day. we provide dining
tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet tents. |

TREK IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds (Only in Ledhar and Phedi, it is a common dormitory).
In each lodge, you find a room with water (same as shower) for
bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere
permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and
to encounter new person every day. It also permits to be in warm
room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season… |

FOOD DURING
TREK: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

Note: All participants have to give a copy
of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance
company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in
case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't
cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu
and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses
paid by Nepal Ecology Treks for your helicopter rescue or research.
Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
** In
trek the guide is allowed
to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and
the physical condition of participants. Each participant who
stop his trek or make this trek more-fast cannot ask any money
compensation to the agency. |
