Day
1 : Departure from hotel (7 o'clock in the morning)
by bus for Chitwan with a break for the lunch. Lodging at a hotel
in full board from arrival to departure
Day 2 : CHITWAN :
visit of wild life by jeep with a guide and canoe on river for
see crocodiles
Day 3 :
Elephant riding to visit Rhinoceros ande see others wild
animals. In evening Tarou music and danse.
Day 4 : Departure from
Chitwan for Kathmandu by tourist bus . |

Lunch and Dinner in Kathmandu,
Hotel in Kathmandu. The personal visits not indicated in the
program, drinks during all stay or trek, (except tea or coffee
in breakfast). Entrances fee of monuments, cities and museums,
your insurance, Nepalese visa (40 dollars cash), Plane ticket
from your country and airport taxes |

TREK UNDER TENT: Camping trek includes a team of guide,
assistant, cook & porters to accompany you. Porters carry
all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal belongings, and
cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers carry only small
bag or what they might need during the day. we provide dining
tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet tents. |

TREK IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds (Only in Ledhar and Phedi, it is a common dormitory).
In each lodge, you find a room with water (same as shower) for
bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere
permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and
to encounter new person every day. It also permits to be in warm
room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season… |

FOOD DURING
TREK: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

Note: All participants have to give a copy
of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance
company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in
case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't
cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu
and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses
paid by Nepal Ecology Treks for your helicopter rescue or research.
Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
** In
trek the guide is allowed
to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and
the physical condition of participants. Each participant who
stop his trek or make this trek more-fast cannot ask any money
compensation to the agency. |

a free dispensary in the mountains of Helambu in Nepal, and for
